Study Shows Children in Poor Family Have Higher Fatality Rates

A study has recently been released that compares the rates of child fatalities across a wide spectrum of data.  The study has been able to show that children that come from families that are below the poverty line have a higher occurrence of child fatalities.

This study pointed out that poor families may not be able to afford a lot of the medical costs.   Also,  children from a poor family typically will have lower quality toys or items around the household.  These cheap items sometimes have very dangerous materials or safety hazards.

Child injuries are very serious and can leave a parent feeling helpless.  If your child has been injured in an accident,  please contact the child injury attorney Jeffrey Killino at 877-875-2927 to learn how he can help.
