There has been another recall of a children’s product and this time it poses a fall hazard. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of Graco Harmony High Chairs. The recall is voluntary and in cooperation with the manufacturer. The CPSC advised consumers to stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. [...]
